They did such a great job for cleaning my car that has been covered with pet hairs on the inside. My car can finally sparkles! The best part is that they actually come to me, I can just stay at home at do what I need to, instead of like my old times where I will have to find somewhere to hang around while I wait for my car cleaned, and a lot of time it's not cleaned thoroughly as well. We Wash’em is a mobile car detailing service that comes to you. We can organise a time to suit your busy schedule even if that is late in the evening or early in the morning.

NO, we offer a new way of car detailing where we come to your place. We know it is difficult to arrange time to go to a car detailer. That’s why we came up with this approach so you can spend your free time doing what you want. Just relax and do the things you want to do, and be where you want to be. As long as it is a place with power and water outlet, you can leave your car safely with us.

  • Remove all valuables and items from the car such as clothing, drink bottles and etc. Including items in the boot.
  • Make sure electricity and water outlet is available.
  • Please allow a parking space for our technicians to park their van where the outdoor water tap and power point are accessible.
  • Our technician will do a pre-wash inspection and will notify you if anything arises.
  • Have your phone nearby.
  • We will let you know when we are done and hand over your keys with a final inspection.

You can book your next car detail in a few clicks online by filling out a few details in our booking form. Once your booking is received, we will come with our van at the scheduled time and take care of the rest.

Our booking form says 8am – 8pm, that’s only because most councils restrict noisy work before 8am and after 8pm. If you have a car wash bay where noise is not going to affect anyone, then our technician can come anytime, even while you sleep. Each car is different, if you use our booking system , we have a time indication of each service for each car. If you cannot find your brand and model, please contact us and we’ll give you a free quote and time estimate.

If you need to cancel or change the time of your booking, you must inform call us by phone and there will be a cancellation fee. We organise our technician’s schedule for all bookings and any changes will affect all our other bookings. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further information.

If you have chosen the interior clean, our technician will call you to collect the keys upon arrival. As long as we have access to power point and water point, we can clean the interior anywhere, even underground parking structure with tight spots.

For services such as Ceramic Coating and Leather Protection as listed in our Extra Protection Service page. Due to there being many different types of vehicles and the condition of the paint work can vary greatly we can only provide an estimate via photos and videos. The final cost would depend on how much work is involved upon physical inspection. Please contact us and we will be able to give you an estimate.

Once we have coated your vehicle, we recommend that you store your car in the garage, underground car park, car port or where there is no exposure to wet weather. Allow the protection to cure and harden so that it may peak to its full potential. Our ceramic coating chemically binds to your paint on a supramolecular level infused with excellent gloss factors. It forms a semi permanent bond which does not simply sit on top of your paint, but becomes one within the paint, which allows it to last years. It really is like another layer of protective clear coat, but with superior gloss and extreme hardness. Exterior Car Detailing

Car detailing is so much more than just your regular car wash. A car detailing service roughly involves the following steps:

  • First, the whole car is thoroughly rinsed, including the tires and rims, to remove all debris and any large pieces of dirt on the surface of your car. 
  • After this, the car is hand washed with large amounts of soap to ensure the surface is cleaned to a shine but also lubricated enough to ensure no micro scratches.
